We have contracted the lowest group rates available at each property for your event and are committed to providing an exceptional travel experience for you and your loved ones. This is a popular event and rooms fill up quickly, so make sure to complete your booking as soon as possible. 1. Click “VIEW RATES” for the hotel of your choice.
2. Review the information and click “HOLD GROUP BLOCK”.
3. Enter the required number of rooms and your contact details then click “PLACE ROOM ON HOLD",
4. Your group’s reservation link will be sent to the email address you provided. Forward this information to all group members.
1. Select your hotel and click “VIEW RATES”.
2. Choose your room type and click “BOOK ROOM”
3. Fill out the reservation form with your information. Check the “TERMS & CONDITIONS” box. Accept the fee box then "click" "CONFIRM RESERVATION".
4. A booking confirmation will be sent to you by email for your records.
